Strawberry Overnight Oats are healthy, sweet and delicious. They come together in a breeze and they are a great breakfast option for warm summer days.

The heat in Northwestern Ontario, Canada came early this year. My house has been hot and humid so I have been experimenting with various recipes that do not require cooking or baking. Strawberry Overnight Oats is one of these recipes.
Strawberry Overnight Oats are really easy to make. Simply mix the ingredients in a jar or bowl, cover and let sit in the fridge overnight. Remove from the fridge in the morning and you have a delicious breakfast that's ready to eat. This recipe works well for meal prepping. I like to add Greek yogurt to my overnight oats for a protein boost and a more well-rounded breakfast. This recipe pairs well with my Egg White Breakfast Bites.
