Healthy Brownies
Healthy Brownies are chocolatey, decadent and fudgy. They are a great treat to satisfy those sweet tooth cravings without all of the extra calories.

- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt 0%, no sugar added
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add eggs, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and milk. Whisk to combine.
Sift flour and cocoa powder into the wet ingredients. Use a spatula to fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
Add mini chocolate chips.
Use a spatula to fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting into slices. Makes 16 brownies.
Make sure to line the baking pan with parchment paper. This prevents the brownies from sticking but it also makes for an easier clean-up.
Make sure to sift the flour and cocoa powder before adding it to the batter because this helps to prevent lumps.
Healthy Brownies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container or bag for up to three days.
Healthy Brownies freeze well. Store brownies in a freezer safe container or bag and free up to three months. Thaw when ready to eat.
