No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites are soft, chewy and full of peanut butter flavor. They are super simple to make and they make a great snack at any time of day.

- ⅔ cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
In a medium size bowl, add oats, vanilla protein powder, ground flax seed and mini chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
Add peanut butter and maple syrup.
Use a large spoon to mix in the peanut butter and maple syrup.
Using your hands, take one tablespoon of the mixture and gently roll it into a ball. Place ball on plate and repeat with remaining mixture. Refrigerate for one hour. Remove bites from the fridge and enjoy! Makes 20 protein bites.
Make sure to mix the dry ingredients together before adding the peanut butter and maple syrup to ensure each ingredient is evenly distributed in the mixture.
No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container or bag for up to 5 days.
No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites freeze well. Place bites in a freezer safe container or bag and freeze up to three months. Thaw in the fridge or at room temperature when ready to eat.
Make sure to chill the protein bites before serving because this allows the mixture to set. Chill for one hour and then eat as many as you like!
